Iona’s birthday, actually falls on parkrunday this year. It’s her 11th birthday which means she’s allowed to run parkrun on her own so we’re doing a Little Adventure weekend meetup.
Iona had one burning ambition for our time in Scotland this year: to climb a Munro, Beinn Alligin, which stands at 3,024 feet above sea level.
The Shropshire Way 80k this year was challenging! A 50 mile run/walk through the beautiful Shropshire countryside was taken to a whole new level of toughness by the conditions we encountered
