Iona’s birthday, actually falls on parkrunday this year. It’s her 11th birthday which means she’s allowed to run parkrun on her own so we’re doing a Little Adventure weekend meetup.
Saturday marked another parkrun adventure for Ewan and me, a return to a local gem I hadn’t set foot in since 2019: Bedworth parkrun in Miners’ Welfare Park, followed by some mountain biking thrills at the new trails there.
The alarm goes off as darkness fades to grey, it’s an early morning start for a train trip to Shrewsbury parkrun.
